What is a Health/Life Coach?Welcome to my blog! I am so happy you found me. I am really excited to get started helping you with any of the challenges you might have with your health and life.As a Health/Life Coach, my role is to serve as your guide to help you find the answers. The answers are somewhere inside of you, but you might have trouble discovering them on your own.If you are wondering how a Coach differs from a Nutritionist, Doctor or Therapist, it is that we will be on the journey together and hold you accountable to yourself. I do not see you once and then write you a prescription. I do not look at your past, I only look at your present.The intention is for there to be an end to the Program. While you may decide that after your Program you wish to sign up for more time, I would not recommend working together for more than a year. We will also have periodic complimentary check-ins years later.I focus on women in NYC who are over 35 years of age. Maybe you have tried some solutions on your own, but they aren't working. Or you are having trouble sticking with it. There always seem to be an excuse why you should not put your health and life above other responsibilities. Maybe you think that when you were younger and NEVER had any issues in the area that is now a challenge. And maybe you think it is because you are getting older than you cannot attain these goals or overcome these struggles now. That thought is a story you are telling yourself.I get it. I can relate to these feelings. But feelings lead to thoughts that can make us feel out of control. And feeling out of control, makes us act out of control. We aren’t truly out of control. We have control over what we are thinking and, therefore, what we are feeling. It is just a matter of finding the path.You may be wondering what types of specific challenges are can I help you with. You have:

  • been trying to lose weight forever.

  • been struggling to maintain a regular exercise/yoga/etc. routine.

  • experienced inflammation in your body and don’t want to be on prescriptions for the rest of your life
