One-to-One Meditation Sessions
Regular meditation can reduce the number of symptoms experienced by people with a wide range of illnesses and disorders. Based upon clinical evidence, meditation is considered to be one of the better therapies for stress and anxiety disorders, including depression, hyperactivity, panic attacks, OCD, sleep problems and high blood pressure and can be safely used alongside medical treatment. It has been shown to help with negative thinking, over-active mind, self-criticism and low self-esteem.

One-to-one meditation sessions with Lisa Smith are tailored to your needs as an individual and combine gentle coaching and psychology with mind/body awareness and meditation practice. The sessions explore simple, effective self-help tools to enhance your personal autonomy, restore your physical and psychological balance and support your wellbeing. Lisa’s approach is secular and respects all belief systems.
One-to-one meditation sessions are available on Zoom or face-to-face with proof of vaccination.
FREE introductory 45 - 60 min session.
Individual Sessions: $60 each
