PRIVATE 1:1 COACHING
Coaching is an individual practice that should be completely tailored to what your body and your mind need at this very moment. It is great to practice in a group and experience the connection and energy of everyone in the room but sometimes we just need to connect with our own, very individual needs.
During your first session, we will go through your history in detail and will set specific goals. After an initial assessment, we will get started with the practice and finish each session with a summary of what to practice before we see each other again.
To get the most of our time together and see results it is important to work consistently. We will work on the most beneficial approach for you and create a tailor-made program which you will be able to continue on your own.
The sessions take place in the comfort of your own home via Zoom.
