This Loving Kindness Meditation focuses on bringing to mind people in our lives who are especially difficult. By slowly working with these people’s image it helps us to reframe the thoughts and feelings with a fresh new outlook, not just of the individual we are finding difficult, but also with our relationship with loving compassion for ourselves.
