Where is the Thinker?
This meditation is a bit more philosophical and analytical than many of the others. It brings awareness to the concept of how thoughts are elusive and almost impossible to catch if we try to grasp them. Analytical meditation uses reasoning to gain insight into how the mind works and the nature of the way the mind constructs our selves as an entity. By using reason and probing in this way, we can some to a realization of the infinite, constructed nature of the self.
