Loving Kindness (20 minutes)

Loving Kindness (or Metta) help cultivate patience. The more we practice compassion and sympathetic joy in meditation, the more it translates to daily life. When we can catch ourselves getting hooked by ego, breath in any suffering and exhale healing to others and ourselves, we move closer to peace. We practice extending loving kindness not just to those we love, but to those who are neutral and to those who trigger our ego. This is the way to letting go.
