Fierce Vulnerability Meditation
This is a meditation about the fierce value, power and courage of vulnerability and openness. For many of us our default is to be defensive. When we feel threatened, criticized or judged, being exposed feels uncomfortable. We don’t like it and we tense up to protect ourselves. This reaction may be good in some situations. But when it becomes our go-to attitude it can be suffocating. Like holding breath. This meditation is about becoming aware of the shift between staying fierce while being open and vunerable.
